Dear friends and regular guests of Beulings,
It’s been a bit quiet around the restaurant for the past few weeks. An ankle injury and a sweltering summer forced us to take a long break. This gave extra time for reflection, which was necessary after a turbulent time of lockdowns and staff shortages.
Next year we will be open for 15 years. The restaurant is well maintained, but we felt the need to refresh. So now we use the next few weeks to redecorate the interior. We are currently working hard on Beulings 2.0.
In October we will be gone for a cooking gig in Italy and then prepare for a fresh start in November. We are looking forward to heartwarming autumn with our guests at Beulings. Reservations are still closed for the moment. As soon as we open the reservations, we will send an email. This gives you the opportunity to be the first to book in the renewed restaurant.
