The deposit amount is calculated per head, so please inform us if your group will arrive with less people. If you are unable to attend, send an email to info@beulings.nl to cancel or move the reservation. In case of timely cancellation, at least 24 hours before the start, we only charge administration costs of 0.50 cents per booked person.
