Dear Friends,
After seven months of being deprived of restaurant visits, each and every one of you will have their fingers on the button. To make reservations at their favorite restaurants for a nice warm spot inside. It’s looking good and we are preparing to reopen.
As soon as we are going ahead, we want everything to be perfect. We need new staff, we have to check if all the machines are still working and have to work on a fresh menu. We may not be open from day one, but we’ll do our best. If you made a reservation already this booking is not written in stone yet. We hope for your understanding.
The number of seats will be limited in the beginning, as are the opening days. We have developed a different rhythm in recent months and took a whiff of a normal and decent life. This does not mean we are going to hand in the towel, but we need to take some time to get used to the hustle and bustle of the restaurant life again.
One thing is for sure, we will be there again and we will deliver top performances as we did in the past. We look forward to seeing everyone. Thank you for remembering us and for all the nice emails and booking received. Lots of love and see you soon.
