Style

We serve a set menu and prepare everything in our small and homey kitchen. Breads, pasta, chocolates, dessert, sauces, fermentations, etc. all made from scratch. We only use seasonal products of the best quality. 

Allergies

Allergens are used in our kitchen. Click on this link for the allergen list in the current menu. Cross-contamination cannot be prevented and elaborate diets might be out of our reach. Vegetarian, gluten free, lactose intolerant and pregnancy are feasible. We highly recommend to pass on special wishes in advance.

Time

Preparing our dishes takes time and we are keen to let you taste as much as possible of what we have to offer. So you can usually expect to spend the whole evening at our restaurant. We don’t want to rush things, so we hope you have the time to enjoy our food.
